ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to develop Shakarparian Complex at Shakarparian, the old picnic spot of the capital. Preparation of the design for the complex and PC-1 of the project have been assigned to a consultant.
CDA Director Parks Malik Abid Mehmood said the complex would have an open-air theatre, crafts village and Lok Virsa. The Shakarparian Complex project is a mega recreational facilities project, which will cater to the needs of the people of every age, he added.
