FUTURE PLANS - RAWAT RAWALPINDI

Inception has provided more than 10,000 residential plots to overseas Pakistanis all over the country and has now planned to offer constructed houses in four housing schemes in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Lahore.

The expression of interest (EOI) for development of the housing schemes on Joint Venture basis was invited from local and international developers through press. Twenty-two developers/firms submitted their credentials, out of which six developers/firms were pre-qualified.

The financial and technical proposals from six pre-qualified firms were invited.
The last date of submission of financial and technical proposals is 10th April, 2007.The proposals will be opened on the same day
