Allotment Procedure for PHA Schemes
Allotment Criterion
Eligibility: All Pakistanis are eligible to apply. There are no quotas for anyone whatsoever.
During the First Month: After the booking opens:-
(1) Apartments will be allotted on First come - First served basis to applicants depositing 100% or 50% payment.
(2) Applications of applicants depositing 10% down payment will be received throughout the month for allotment of the left over stock at the end of the first month through balloting.
Applicants depositing 100% and 50% payment will be entitled to allotment of the apartment of their choice out of the available stock. Those paying 100% upfront/advance will also receive 10% discount

(2) The procedure given in this Section should be read in conjunction with Terms and Conditions mentioned on the Application Form.
Application Forms
Applications for allotment will be made using the duly machine-numbered original Application Forms provided in the brochure. The brochure will be available on payment at all designated branches of Habib Bank Limited in /outside Pakistan as well as at all Sales/Site Offices of PHA located at actual project/ construction sites. Applications drawn on photo-copies or ordinary plain paper shall not be entertained
Applicants Paying 100% or 50% Advance Payment
Before applying, an applicant may first like to ascertain availability of the apartment of his choice at the desired location. This record / latest Booking Status may be checked up by visiting the nearest Sales/Site Office of PHA or by clicking on Booking Status.
Having ascertained availability of the desired apartment (place, block, floor/ apartment number etc), its costs may be deposited at any of HBL s designated branches. For this purpose, a PHA Special Deposit Slip may be obtained from PHA s special counter established inside the bank or from the Sales/Site Offices of PHA. In case of Demand Draft/ Pay Order, these may be made in favor of Pakistan Housing Authority . Cheques will Not be accepted. Where multiple options regarding city, location, floor number etc. are given, the highest cost will be deposited in the bank.
Application Form, duly filled in, along with paid-up PHA Special Deposit Slip (three parts) or Demand Draft/Pay Order shall then be deposited Without any loss of time with VIP Marketing Sales Executive Staff at relevant Sales/Site Office, who shall make the allotment on first-come first-served basis , update booking status on web site and issue a Provisional Allotment Letter along with a detailed Payment Schedule of installments (in case of 50% and 10% down payment only). In case these documents are deposited with Habib Bank Branches, located outside Pakistan, there shall be inevitable delays in allotments. However all efforts will be made to minimize such delays.
Applicants Making 10% Down Payment
Applications
Applications alongwith paid up PHA Special Deposit Slips for 10% down payment shall be deposited with any designated branch of HBL or with any of PHA Sales/Site Offices upto the closing date to be announced through mass media. PHA Special Deposit Slips will be available at PHA s Special Counters established in designated HBL Branches and all PHA Sales/Site Offices. Payment may be made by Cash, Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Pakisatan Housing Authority . Cheques will NOT be acceptable
Balloting
Apartments not booked within the first month will be allotted through balloting to applicants depositing 10% down payment. The balloting will be held at Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar simultaneously in presence of applicants whoever may like to attend. Formal allotment letters along with installment payment schedule would be dispatched by registered post at allottees residential address.

Authority to Issue Allotment Letters
Provisional Allotment Letter will be issued on PHA s behalf by respective Sale/Site Offices of VIP Marketing
Formal Allotment Letter will be issued by PHA within 3 months of issuance of the Provisional Allotment Letter
Payment Schedule for PHA Schemes
Detailed Payment Schedule, showing exact amounts and time of payment of installments will be issued by Sales/Site Office along with the Provisional Allotment Letter.
Sales/Site Offices are NOT authorised to receive payments which must be deposited ONLY in the designated branches of Habib Bank Ltd. PHA or VIP Marketing will in no way, whatsoever, be held responsible for any cash payments made to Sales/Site/PHA Staff.
All Payments shall be made in favour of Pakistan Housing Authority at Habib Bank designated branches in the form of cash/Demand Drafts Pay Order. Cheques will NOT be acceptable.
Payment Schedule
Applicants Offering 100% Upfront/Advance Payment
Full cost of the desired apartment as shown at prices page, less 10% discount, will be deposited in any of Habib Bank s designated branches.
Applicants Depositing 50% Advance Payment
50% cost of the desired apartment will be deposited before allotment.
Remaining 50% amount will be payable as under:-
a - 15% after 3 months
b - 15% after 6 months
c - 20% after 9 months
Applicants Making 20% Down Payment (Confirmed Allotment)
Ist Installment 15% in Month 3
2nd Installment 15% in Month 6
3rd Installment 15% in Month 9
4th Installment 15% in Month 12
Final Installment 20% in Month 15
Applicants Making 10% Down Payment
On booking, along-with Application - 10% of the Cost of the apartment
On confirmation after balloting before issue of provisional Allotment Letter - 15% of the Cost of the apartment
5 quarterly installments - 15% each of the Cost of the apartment
Procedure for Overseas Pakistanis
The Application and Allotment Procedures mentioned in the preceding Sections also generally apply to Pakistani applicants living abroad. Overseas applicants are, therefore, advised to thoroughly acquaint themselves with the same before reading the following major differences applicable in their case:-
All payments shall be received by Habib Bank Ltd. overseas branches given below in US Dollars only. No other currency shall be accepted.
In order to ensure allotment on First come - First served basis HBL s overseas branches will forward the applications soonest after collection / clearance of cheques, Demand Drafts etc. by the fastest possible means (Courier Service) to VIP Marketing Head Office in Karachi.
Immediately on receipt of the applications, VIP Marketing Head Office will allot the apartment and inform the applicant as well as update the web site.
Seniority for the purposes of first-come, first-served will be determined on the basis of the time and date of receipt of original applications by VIP Marketing Head Office in Karachi rather than the date/time of deposit of Application Form/Payment abroad.
Refunds, if required, will be made in Pak Rs. on the basis of official exchange rate existing on the date of deposit of payment abroad.
