HISTORY OF MODEL TOWNWah Model Town was started in 1990, a project on 2000 Kanals as residential colony, and now after 15 years we have completed our Phase-I & II where over 1900 families are enjoying a peaceful living. These 1900 families are residing in our Phase-I & II with all the basic amenities of life at their door step

These days housing societies and schemes are coming up by dozens in numbers, all of these societies focused on good investment opportunities but no one is developing and providing actual housing options. Looking at the dire need for actual housing options, the management of "Wah Model Town" has decided to work on another Phase of our already existing project. We have worked out comprehensively plan in order to provide this huge segment with a realistic housing solution. Our entire plan is based on practical commitments and not on false claims.

The Society was declared as Evacuee property in 1947 (after partition) as 85% of the plots belonged to non Muslims who migrated to India .In 1960 the Chief Settlement & Rehabilitation Commissioner allowed it as Legal entity and was allowed to be registered as Cooperative Model Town Society on the payment of Rs. 100/- in Government Treasury as token money. All Assets & liabilities of the old Society including those properties declared Evacuee were transferred to the present Society.
The basic object of the Society, however continued to be the same as originally planned, namely
to promote the economic and social interests of its members and more to lay out, establish and maintain a garden town ”.
