THE SCHEME

M.V.H.S is the First project in Islamabad Zone-2, which has been given NOC by CDA.

MVHS is located in Sector D-17.Only a 20 minutes drive from Zero Point (Islamabad) and G.P.O.(Rawalpindi).

The picturesque view of Sandymar Dam located at the Eastern boundary of MVHS , provides a marvelous sight . Its lake offers excellent opportunities for picnic and water related activities like boating, sailing, fishing and other water sports.

DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

The Master Plan of MVHS , which is spread over an area of 2000 Kanals , has been approved by the Capital Development Authority Vide CDA Letter No.CDA/PLW-UP-(90)93/131.

According to the approved Master Plan, only 45% area of MVHS is under Plots , while 55% is under Roads , Parks/open Spaces and Community Buildings.

A central water supply system with overhead and underground water reservoirs shall be constructed for the project. A separate connection shall be provided to each house.

A sewerage network shall be laid, with separate manholes for every two houses along both sides of roads/street to avoid road cutting.

The system will be connected to the sewage treatment plant, in conformity with standards of WHO/NEQS.

Electric Power and Sui Gas are available in the vicinity. Underground cable system shall be laid to ensure beauty of roads, safe, dependable and maintenance friendly power supply to the Scheme.

None of the street shall be less than 40 ft.wide. Asphalt Concrete Machine Carpeted roads/streets, designed as per American Standards, shall be constructed for the project.

All the buildings in the scheme shall be constructed as per CDA Building Control Regulations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions of the 'Margala View Housing Scheme"
are as follows

The acceptance of applications for registration and allotment of a plot in Margala View is at the discretion of the
Management /Chief Executive TCHL.

Generally , all applicants fulfilling the terms & conditions will be accommodated , subject to availability of plots. However, in case the TCHL , due to any reason fails to allot a plot .However , in case of the TCHL , due to any reason fails to allot a plot , the applicant shall not claim any compensation or interest, registration fee , deposited with the TCHL.

The applicant may apply for more than one plot , but each application has to be made on a separate application form

Allotment will be made on “FIRST COME , FIRST SERVE” basis.

10% discount on the cost of plot will be allowed incase the payment is made as lump sum at the time of booking and 5% discount on 50% Down Payment.

In case of corner plot , 10% extra cost of plot will be charged.

In case of cancellation of booking by the allottee, the amount will be refunded after one year of the submission of cancellation request. The mode of refund payment will follow the same pattern as of payments as of received.

It is reiterated , that there shall be “No Cash Handling” by any of the concerned offices/persons.

Latest Development Activities

Sui Nothern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has started working on laying pipes to provide Sui gas to the scheme.

Islamabad Electric Supply Corporation (IESCO) has started its work on the external electrification of the project.

Water Treatment Plant has been completed for the supply of clean drinking water to MVHS from SundayMar dam.

Extensive plantation and horticulture work has been carried out this moon soon season for the beautification of the area.

Possession of the plots will be handed over to the members as soon as IESCO finishes its work.
