|
Investing in real estate can be scary if you do not know what you are doing and this is the first time you have purchased a home. We have all heard about people who have invested in real estate and gotten a bargain. what they paid for it because the owner was behind on his taxes or was foreclosed upon. We have also heard of people who have invested in real estate and gotten taken to the proverbial cleaners. They have purchased property that had structural damage or toxic mold and ended up losing money. You want to be in the former group.
