I-16 Islamabad Plots for Sale by CDA

CDA announced in 20th September 2009 papers for the sale of I-16 plots.

Capital Development Authority (CDA) of Islamabad has at last started expanding the Islamabad once again at the rapid speed and they have now started a new sector by the name of I-16 which is just 4km from the new airport near Fateh Jang, which is also near to the G.T Road.

Forms are available from the MCB and Askarai banks and for people within Pakistan they are available for Rs. 1000 and for the people abroad $20.

It’s sure is a golden chance to have home in the capital Islamabad.

Confusing thing is this that CDA has already alloted sector I-16 in early ninetees and infact the sector is now developed and CDA is also handing possession to the allotees.

Is CDA now opening a new sector with the same name or someting else? Yes not details are appearing on CDA website, may the update information soon, Lets see.
