DHA Islamabad Balloting Results

DHA (Defence Housing Authority, Islamabad) balloting results has been announced. For your convience, specially to help overseas Pakistanis, we are going to put results here at our websites.

Following files (xml and pdf) contains names of all those that remained unsuccessful (bad luck). Congratulations to those who remained successful.

You can download the unsuccessful list by clicking at the following links, if your name is not in the list you are the successful one, Congrats.

Note: Ballot Result contains List of UNSUCCESSFUL Candidates.
DHA has not issued list of Successful Candidates. DHA will send letters to all successful and unsuccessful candidates within 2 weeks as per their website.
As per DHA, Letters will be dispatched within one week to all Successfull and Unsucessfull candidates with all the details to follow up procedures.

If some one want to sell his/her plot then he/she will have to pay Open File fee. File will be opened for three months.
5-Marla fee: 1500/-
8-Marla fee: 3000/-

Due date for the 1st Installment is 28th November, 2008.

Suddenly prices of 5 and 8 marla plots in DHA valley are going down because now you have to pay extra 27500 Rs as membership fee to DHA.

Although many of Applicant remain UN-SUCCESSFULL in Balloting but they can get plot from OPEN market by paying only 5 to 10 thousand extra...which means VALUE is not as much as we expect.

when checked in the open market to buy a plot in DHA I found the reduced price and value thing only a rumor??? Shocked

... there are too many buyers and the successful plot winners are not ready to sell yet...

what is the payment schedule of the 5 marla plot? Does any one knows it?

apparently you'll get a payment schedule from DHA within 2 weeks time..and that is only if u r in one of the lucky winners in the ballots...5000 unsuccessful candidates..wow...this scheme must be popular I'm waiting for the next one anxiously..

DHA started a new scheme for commercial plot that seems to be very expensive.

I want to sell my DHA VALLEY PLOT on top priority basis . I have a 8 marla plot and want to sell it . I have paid as mentioned below,

Processing fees + Downpayment : USD 855

First Installment USD 920

50 % Membership Fees : USD 175

Total Paid Amount : USD 1950
