Terms & Conditions (Booking of Plot)

• Plots will be allotted on “first come, first served” basis, the Seniority of which will be established from the date of receipt of down payment.

• Additional 10% will be charged for corner plots.

• Allotment letters of Plots will be issued after receipt of down payment.

. Plots Numbers shall be allotted through open balloting.

• The Managing committee of the AL-RAEE DEVELOPERS (Regd.) reserves the right to reject any application with out assigning any reason.

• Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

• Membership fee i.e. Rs. 1000/= (non-refundable) will be charged along with the application.

• All the members shall comply with and abide by the rules, regulations and by laws of “ARAIN CITY”.

Terms & Conditions (Merging of Files)

File of Phase I can be merged into file of Phase I.
File of Phase II can be merged into file of Phase II.
File of Phase I can be merged into file of Phase II.
File of Phase II cannot be merged into file of Phase I.
