Introduction

This project of Al-Haram City has been planned on no profit and no loss basis. This project will take lead in the fulfillment of Al-Haram City's fundamental mission statement that entails the resolve for the provision of low-priced quality residential facilities to every citizen of Pakistan. Statistics shows that there is an annual shortage of 600,000 houses in Pakistan. We believe that as a private housing project, we need to join hands with the government to help minimize this high shortage. National development and progress are the foremost priorities of this project.

Al-Haram City emerged as a leader in housing schemes in Rawalpindi. Phase I of Al-Haram City was launched in early 2004 situated at main Chakri Road, Rawalpindi just a few kilometers away from Kalma Chowk. With tremendous success and growth, Alhamdulillah, we launched Phase II in 2005 situated in close proximity to Defence Housing Islamabad at GT Road. [/i]

To provide quality residential and commercial facilities at a reasonable cost to enable every segment of the society to build a house, or build it for them ourselves whilst strictly abiding to international standards of construction, design and architecture
